  • featGovernance overhaul. Permission system rebuilt — benign auto-allow is now a configurable policy, permission decisions are published to desktop, and the signal-engine classifier is wired into the permission firewall.
  • featDesktop governance bridge. TUI permission gates delegate to live desktop. Failed prompts queue for durable retry. Esc gesture and configurable governance bridge added.
  • feat10 TUI themes. New themes added alongside the file-edit guard system. Custom themes now support ~75 tokens with automatic contrast floor.
  • featVoice input. Fully local speech-to-text in the TUI via Ctrl+X V. Uses whisper.cpp + Ollama for transcription and cleanup. No cloud services.
  • featCLI --json + deterministic exit codes. Every CLI command now supports --json output and returns deterministic exit codes. Shell completion for bash, zsh, fish.
  • featCLI commit signature. arcana commit signs commits with the operator identity.
  • featSubagent improvements. Live progress in spine, approval attribution, self-healing dive resolution, and per-session child session linking.
  • featEnterprise: key backup + rotation. Node keys can be backed up and rotated with dry-run preview. Rotated keys cannot be reused.
  • featEnterprise: live PEP transport. SDK governed adapters now use HTTP PEP transport for real-time authorization decisions.
  • featEnterprise: escalation + auditor consoles. Full console mounting for escalation policies and audit evidence archive.
  • featProtocol extension registry. Extensions are validated against a registry in envelope and policy bundle verification.
  • featContract parity CI. Automated comparison between contract specs and runtime implementation, with fixtures and CI job.

  • fixDesktop session routing. DESKTOP_REQUIRED gates never fall back to TUI. Pending session IDs no longer reach engine routes.
  • fixGovernance state management. Partial updates merge without resetting display. Global overrides preserved in workspace merge. Cleared filters honored.
  • fixReplay fidelity. Recorded commands execute without shell flattening. Original argv preserved in replay evidence.
  • noteSource builds use arcanagov. Clone with git clone -b arcanagov. The master branch is stale.

  • featClean run exit with finish detection. arcana run emits a done signal on completion — foreground use with full log capture via | tee. No background hacks.
  • feat--timeout flag. Bound session duration on arcana run. Defaults to 120s — stops runaway sessions for CI, benchmarks, one-shot automation.
  • featBare model-name lookup. Names without a provider prefix (deepseek-v4-flash vs provider/model) resolve across all configured providers.

  • featViewport culling + scroll-to-bottom. Large spines use virtual scrolling; a scroll-to-bottom button appears when scrolled up.
